Cancellation & Refund

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Cancellations for event registrations or award nominations must be received in writing via email to info@polymint.co.

  • Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee.
  • Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days prior to the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the event.

2. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the approval of your cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

3. Event Changes

If the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizers, you will be entitled to a full refund or a credit towards a future event, at your discretion. We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
